We’re delighted to welcome back Seattle’s finest Asian fusion dining experience – “Wild Ginger” to provide simply the most outstanding food offerings available at any NYE party this year. Rick Yoder and the team at Wild Ginger have crafted a custom menu selection for all tiers of Bonza Bash NYE 2010/11 Gala Ball tickets and we’re delighted to present them below.

General Admission

All Bonza Bash NYE 2010/11 Gala Ball guests with general admission tickets will be offered a complimentary light hors d’oeuvres selection throughout the night, including:

Bonza Gold VIP

Our Bonza Gold VIP guests will be offered a complimentary heavy hors d’oeuvres selection throughout the night, including:

  • Wild Ginger Fragrant Duck
  • Vegetarian Dim Sum
  • Lemongrass Chicken Satay
  • Salmon Otak Otak (salmon wrapped in banana leaf)
  • Triple Door Noodles
  • Papaya Salad
  • Assorted International Nuts selection
  • Mixed Cheese, Bread & Fruit Board

Bonza VIP Tables

Guests who purchase a VIP Table will be offered their own private platter of delicious hors d’oeuvres and appetizers in addition to the Bonza Gold VIP offering. The menu will be selected on December 31st, according to what items are the most fresh and that the Wild Ginger Executive Chef prefers to serve. However, as guidance guests should expect a menu similar to:
