1. Get on the Waitlist. Go to purchase tickets and you’ll see a link to get on the waitlist. Follow the  instructions and be sure to add yourself to the Priority waitlist.
2. Hit up Craigslist and Facebook. Make sure you monitor the Bonza Bash wall and the Facebook event wall.

• The $129/night room rate at the Grand Hyatt is still on. It actually sold out yesterday, but the Grand Hyatt has graciously agreed to extend it until Friday 12/30 – go grab your room if you haven’t already!

Thanks everyone for your interest in Bonza Bash NYE 2012! Due to overwhelming demand, we sold out of GA tickets Tuesday night just before 9pm and VIP tickets yesterday.

If you missed out on tickets, we suggest you get yourself on the waitlist ASAP. Just go to the Shindigg event page, click “Purchase Tickets” then you’ll see the “Add to Waitlist” link. We’ll do what we can to accommodate a few extras from the priority waitlist, but can’t make any guarantees at this point.

However, the gracious folks over at their sister hotel, the Grand Hyatt (literally a block away) have opened up some rooms for Bonza Bash guests at the insanely good $129/night rate. We’re not sure how long that will last, but if you missed out on the Olive 8, the Grand Hyatt is a fantastic option we highly recommend, and at just a block from the party, it’s tough to beat… unless you’ve already got a room at Olive 8 .

I hope everyone survived Thanksgiving Day, visiting family and friends and the stampedes at the shopping centers.

Today we’ve got a few things to announce. Firstly, Bonza Bash NYE is over 40% SOLD OUT already! Following up from our largest Halloween event ever, this is our fastest selling NYE event EVER! We’re gearing up for an amazing New Years event, and we hope you’ll be joining us!

The Mach One Jazz Orchestra

We’re thrilled to welcome back to the Bonza Bash the Mach One Jazz Orchestra! This swingin’, loud, bold and brassy 18 piece big band will be firing up the dance floor with their take on hits from Michael Buble, Smash Mouth, Cherry Poppin’ Daddies, George Michael along with a modern twist on classics by The Beatles, Van Halen, James Brown, Van Morrison and the like. Not a “dancer”? We guarantee you’ll be toe-tappin’ your way around the party, and eventually around the dance floor when this amazing 18 piece big band takes the  stage!

We’re proud to announce our charity partner for this event – the Washington Food Coalition.

The Washington Food Coalition’s mission  is to end hunger in Washington state. They support the statewide emergency food network, which fed 1.6 million people last year.
